Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected role, optional company name, and message. Founder enquiries also include answers about sales experience, customer interest, support needs, and co-development. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information, payment details, or confidential material through the contact form.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. These are used to operate and secure the site.

Cookies. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not use third-party tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We use email messages solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about a potential working relationship. We use server logs to keep the site running, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us, and, where you have provided it, your consent.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site, and only to the extent needed:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Formspree — processing and delivery of contact-form submissions.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We retain email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to maintain a record of our communications, then delete it. Server logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
